Open regular Meeting at 7:00 PM
June 19, 2023 meeting minutes approval
Motion by ZBA Member Krajewski and seconded by ZBA Member Thomas to approve the minutes of the June 19, 2023 ZBA regular meeting.
Passed 5 to 0.
Close Regular meeting and Open Public Hearing. 7:06 PM.
Chairman Lathan opened a Public Hearing regarding an Area Variance Permit application by James Boughton for property on 8797 Batavia Stafford Townline Rd., TMP 5.-1-46 to build a 12 x 12 ft pole barn 15 ft. from side property and 10 Ft. from rear property.
Close Public Hearing 7:25pm. Moton passed 5 to 0.

Reopen regular ZBA Meeting.
Old Business: Area Variance Permit application by James Boughton for property on 8797 Batavia Stafford Townline Rd. tmp 5.-1-46
to build a 12 x 12 ft pole barn 15 ft. from side property and 10 Ft. from rear property.
A Motion was then Made by ZBA Member Thomas and seconded by ZBA Member Krajewski to approve the application by James Boughton to build a 12 x 12 ft pole barn. Motion passed 5 to 0.
Mitchel Bryan was schedule to have a public hearing this month, but it did not get published in the daily news. Mitch agreed that he could wait another month for the Public Hearing. Therefore, it would be scheduled for August 23, 2013. ZBA Councilman Tim made a motion to table till Aug/. 2013 meeting and ZBA Member Boldt Seconded. Motion passed 5 to 0.
John Richenberg submitted an application to build a pole barn (10 by 15) side set back from well and septic system. It was decided that this requires a public hearing submitted by ZBA Member Krajewski and seconded by ZBA Tompson. Passed 5 to 0. Public Hearing scheduled for Aug 21, 2013,
Chairman Lathan processed the environmental worksheet with the Board members and found no environmental impact to Mr. Richenberg’s application. Therefore, it was accepted by ZBA members Boldt and seconded by ZBA member Krajewski. Motion passed 5 to 0
Adjournment:
Motion was made by ZBA Member Krajewski and seconded by ZBA Member Ali to close the meeting at 7:35 PM. Motion passed 5 to 0.
