TOWN OF STAFFORD SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING

NOVEMBER 27, 2024

 

 

A Special Emergency Meeting of the Stafford Town Board was held on November 27, 2024, at 10:00 am for the purpose of discussing Water District #12 remaining monies.

Supervisor Robert Clement called the meeting to order at 10:03am with Councilman Duyssen, Councilman Young, Highway Superintendent Boldt and Town Clerk Radley. Councilman Panek and Councilman Pacer were absent.

Mr. David DiMatteo, our Attorney and Preston, his intern were also present.

The Water District has a large sum of money in reserve, and it is the feeling that if the money could be used effectively, it may ease the burden on the residents involved.

It was decided to look into the possibility of the Highway Department being reimbursed for the repaving and repairing of Fotch Rd. due to the work done during the installation of Water District #12.

When we have all the information, it will be reported back to the Town Board.

The meeting ended at 10:30am.
